The estate is divided into two sections with separate entrances, known as Kraaibosch Country Estate and Kraaibosch Manor. Kraaibosch is run by the Home Owners Association, and our team comprises of 5 trustees plus a couple of co-opted volunteers, a management agent on contract, a full time estate manager and assistant manager and a team of gardeners. Levies are low compared to national standards, currently on R700 per month for developed plots, and R1050 per month for undeveloped plots.

The architectural guidelines are overseen by an aesthetics committee and design review panel. The aim is to ensure that the estate maintains a Cape Village style with only upmarket homes of minimum size 180sqm. The Constitution of the HOA requires all homes to be built within seven years of original date of transfer.

Over 97% of the 450 developer stands have been sold out. A few remaining stands and resales are available.
