About Kraaibosch Estate & Manor

The Estate comprises of two respective sections with separate entrances, namely the Kraaibosch Country Estate and the Kraaibosch Manor. The Members’ affairs are managed by a Home Owners Association, (KHOA) comprising a number of Trustees, a full time Estate Manager, Assistant Manager, Financial Manager and a team of gardeners. Levies are low compared to national standards.

The Architectural Guidelines are overseen by an Aesthetics Committee and Design Review Panel. The aim is to ensure that the Estate maintains a Cape Village style with only upmarket homes of minimum size 180㎡. The Constitution of the KHOA requires all homes to be built within two years of original date of transfer. All plots have been sold and approximately 95% of the plots have been developed.
